I’m on vacation today, but working on something food related. My goal is to strip, restore, prime and paint this:

and this:

So that I can eventually fill this:

with this:

How is this food related? It’s all taking place in my dining room. (Okay, so it’s a stretch, but hey, I eat in the dining room.)

Just go to Lowe's or Home Depot or any hardware store and find a stripping kit. It will explain what you need to do. Also get the green or orange stuff. It has the least amount of vapors. After you strip it with the kit you will need to sand it then you should be ready to repaint it or stain it. Hope this helps. Also the people at Lowe's or Home Depot will explain how to strip anything free of charge.
